Harry Wolfe is an experienced consultant and facilitator. As Director of MDI, he leads the growth of the consultancy and the distribution and use of Dr John Geier’s world best practice online and hard copy profiles and instruments through-out Australia and overseas.

John Geier created the self-responding, self-scoring, and self-interpreting inventories that are now the standard by which other profiling instruments are judged. Dr Geier’s 1st Generation DiSC (1960) Personal Profile System brought credibility to William Moulton Marston’s theory of Dominance, Inducement, Submission and Compliance. Recognising the fundamental inadequacies of the 1st Generation DiSC inventory, John Geier sold his 1st Generation DiSC and with Professor Dorothy Downey, his long time research partner at the University of Minneapolis, began work to develop an accurate, validated, user friendly Behaviour Profile inventory. This attitude and behaviour profile first marketed in the 1990′s is the 2nd Generation D-I-S-C Personality Factor Profile (PFP) followed by the unparalleled Star Performance system and many others.

Together with her research colleague, Professor Dr. John Geier had a pioneering role in establishing behavioural assessments in the workplace. Professor Downey established DISC both as an assessment tool for behaviour and as a self development learning system in leading universities and large corporations. Together with Professor, Dr. John Geier, their careers, and researches for the last forty years, have been the leading example of a never ending search for workplace accuracy and validity in attitude and behaviour profiling. Geier inventories, profiles, and reports, are unsurpassable as “world’s best practice”.
